As a Clinical Specialist at Medtronic, Gabriella provides in-depth surgical case coverage and clinical education across the western Pennsylvania territory. Her areas of device specialization include:
- Neuromodulation and chronic pain management systems (spinal cord stimulation)
- Targeted drug delivery pumps
- Balloon kyphoplasty for vertebral compression fractures
She collaborates directly with anesthesiologists, neurosurgeons, and pain management physicians in the operating room — providing product expertise, device programming, troubleshooting, and post-operative patient monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes from trial through implant and follow-up care.

Before entering the medical device space, Gabriella spent years as a licensed Occupational Therapist working across the full spectrum of patient care. This clinical foundation gives her a depth of understanding that informs every aspect of her current work:
